these are the only insoles i use!!!

i have high arches, plantar fasciitis, and my feet pronate (ankles roll inward). i’ve tried every insole on the market, including customs, and this one is the only one that makes being a hairstylist bearable. i pair them with some water insoles under them and the combination is awesome. i do have to replace these about every 3 months because i feel like they flatten out a tiny bit, but theyre so worth it!!!

足底筋膜炎の方におすすめ

足底筋膜炎に数年悩まされ、踵のクッション性の高い物を使用していましたが、症状は悪化するばかりで改善されず。悩んでいましたが、このインソールに出会い、使用した所1日で効果を実感出来ました。土踏まずのサポートが足の裏の形状を整えて本来の歩行や立ち位置をキープしてくれるのだと思います。他にも類似品が有りますが、値段もお手頃なので、取り敢えずこの商品を選択してみるのも良いかもしれません。
耐久性はまだ分かりませんが、傷んだら買い替えても、病院へ通うより安いと思います。

Easily adjustable. Good quality.

These insoles are pretty good, they are comfortable to wear and use. Nothing really bad about these insoles. I wear them daily in my shoes and i've gotten used to them. Initally I felt the arch support a bit, like I noticed that it was raising my arch as described but ive gotten used to it and don't really feel it anymore which is pretty great. Overall, good product. Would recommend.

Für mich besser als die angefertigten vom Orthopäden

Ich quäle mich schon lange mit Fersensporn. Das sind tatsächlich die einzigen Sohlen, die mir wirklich helfen. Klar geht der Sporn davon nicht weg, dennoch lindert das Tragen die Schmerzen spürbar. Ich hatte vorher extra angefertigte vom Orthopäden und muss feststellen daß ich mit diesen hier viel bessere Linderung verspüre.
Definitiv kaufe ich wieder .
