footprint observation method
You can wet the soles of your feet, stand on the ground or paper where you can see the footprints clearly, and observe the shape of the footprints. This method can determine whether your feet have high arches or flat feet.
Analyze different footprints
According to the display in the picture, from left to right are flat feet, normal feet, and high arches. Let’s take a look at the corresponding symptoms on the soles of your feet.
Using arch correction insoles can effectively relieve the symptoms of unhealthy soles
Sole wear observation method
This method is to determine whether your feet have symptoms of inversion or valgus by observing the wear position of the soles.
Observe where the soles are worn
If the soles on the inside of the feet are severely worn, then the corresponding ones are external/X-shaped legs (shown on the left). If the soles on the outside of the feet are severely worn, then the corresponding ones are internally/O-shaped legs (shown on the right)
